ADR Questions!

Lots of questions regarding dining and ADR's....

When I made my hotel reservation (All Star Music 12/13-12/18) they said I could make my ADR's starting Sept 15. Does that mean I can make ADR's for all those days on Sept 15, or only for the first day of my trip?

Should I use the phone or the online system? There will be two of us available to try to get the ADR's we want, maybe have one of us calling and one of us online? What do you think is the best strategy for getting the ADR's we want is?

Here's what we're trying for:

12/13 - Dinner at Le Cellier, early enough that we can finish and still get out to watch Illuminations - we like to linger over our meal...so what time do you think we should aim for? 6:30? Or since it's Le Cellier take the first time that comes up? LOL

12/14 - Dinner at Citricos

12/15 - Dinner at Narcoossee's

12/16 - Dinner at California Grill

12/17 - Dinner at Sanaa - we'd like to go right around 5 so there's still enough daylight that we can see the Animals! Does Sanaa usually book up fast? Do you think it will be difficult to get the time we want there?

Anyone have any rants or raves about Le Cellier, Narcoossee's and Sanaa? I've been to California Grill and Citricos before and adore them. One of the people I'm going with really wanted a Lobster dinner one night, so that's why I came up with Narcoossee's. But does anyone have an opinion as the whether Flying Fish is better for seafood? I probably won't change because Narcoossee's is the only place with whole lobster, but I'm curious....I just purchased my first Annual Pass, so I plan to be going a lot in the next year!

Yes you can!

It's the 90 +10 rule. You can make you ressies 90 days before your trip for up to ten days. Great restaurant choices!

Yes, you can make your reservations for your entire vacation on the first ADR day, if you have a reservation at a Disney resort. You must give your resort reservation number to access this service, whether you make reservations online or you call.

The online reservations open at 6 AM Eastern, an hour before the phone line, so you might try that first.

For some reason, at this point dinner reservations for Sanaa can't be booked online. I do not know if that will change by the time you have to make reservations. If you try it online and get no availability, don't worry about it, and try calling. Sanaa does not seem to book up quickly.
