We will be arriving Dec 5 and I was told by disney dinning I can start making reservations June 8th. What if the park hours aren't released by then? Do I just go by when I think park hours will be? I'm confused.

Unfortunately, at this moment can not find my Disney books. Could anyone assist me in telling me which restaurants I can view the Epcot fireworks from?
Also, do you believe this is worth it or can they viewed just as easily from around the park?

Also, I am interested in dining at Crystal Palace. Are the before the park opens dining times going to be available if the park hours aren't released yet? Also, is this usually a les crowded time to dine or should I pick a different time? We will be at MK throughout that day.

Looking for a Chef Mickey's ressie the morning of checkout. Is early or late morning better verus crowd wise?

Thank you!

Ok, I think I can help a little bit.

You can see Illuminations from the Rose and Crown Pub and the counter service place in Mexico. Honestly there are places to get really good views from so you don't HAVE to see it from the restaurants.

Chef Mickey's will be less crowded in the early morning. Not many people want to get up early enough to make that 7 am ADR!

Crystal Palace should be available even though the hours aren't out. Magic Kingdom has roughly the same opening times year round. The earliest you can get is one hour before park opening.

Hopefully I've helped some! Have a great trip!!

Ask for 8:05 at CP. If the day you picks ends up being an AM EMH, you can always try to change it later?

Or, you could do what I've done with my November ADRs. With no park hours posted, and no early EMH dates posted, I simply made TWO 8:15 am breakfast ADRs at BOTH the Magic Kingdom's Crystal Palace, AND the Animal Kingdom's Tusker House; I doubt that all four mornings will be early EMH days.

Where the parks where I have the breakfast ADRs are opening at 9:00 am, I'll honor the ADRs, even if all four actually do open at 9:00. If any are not opening at 9:00, I'll simply cancel those ADRs, and have breakfast at the food court before going to the park. (Since I'm staying at the French Quarter, the food court is my only on site choice; there's no restaurant at that resort.)

Thank you to you both!

9 PM for Epcot's fireworks seems to be a pretty stable time. Does it vary?

Ok, will ask for an 8:05 AM dining time at CP. Can anyone tell me from experience how is character interaction during this time?

Also, if a park has morning EMH is there a separate rope drop for EMH and the regular park opening? I think that 8 05 will be early enough though even thouh will be staying at the Contemporary.

I am in the same pickle....I am just going to make my ADR's based on last years EMH's and Hours and change if it becomes necessary.
Last Dec hours show Epcot Illumiations starting at 9:30, guess we will be waiting to see what time they will be this year.
