The adr guidelines have changed since my last trip to Disney. The are now 180 days out. Does this seem to help getting reservations that are hard to get?

I'm not sure. I didn't realize they were 180 days out until a couple of weeks ago. I booked CRT for breakfast at 10am on 6/26 just this week (on Wednesday). Definitely after the 180 day mark. She had many breakfast times open. Anything I wanted between 9am and 10am. But, I had to prepay for the entire meal, not just make a deposit as I had in the past. Where have I been lately? I must have missed the post. Anyway, I'm telling myself that that is one meal I won't have to pay for in June.

I think it helps. I freaked out when I learned about the 180 days because I was almost at the 90 day mark and hadn't made any ADR's and we are going during Spring Break in April. I just called this past Weds. and got everything I wanted at the times I wanted. (Didn't try for Cindy's, though.) I was very relieved and the CM at dining said maybe it's because many people aren't aware yet of the change. Good Luck.

I booked ADR's for June 18 to 23 this week, I got most of what I wanted and the rest were within 20 minutes of the requested time except for CRT. For CRT, I wanted 9:00, I was given the choice of 8:05 or 9:30.
