Quick question about advanced dining reservations
We have park hoppers, can we make an ADR for a DCA restaurant in the afternoon/evening if we have park reservation to start our morning in DL?

You should be able to. In fact, I don't think you actually have to have reservations or even tickets to make an ADR, it would just be on you when you can't get in for it and charged a no-show fee. If you have hoppers you are all set.

Yes! I do it often.

On a side note, last week I had an ADR for Magic Key Terrace in the evening. We decided we really didn't want to eat so I went to the check-in desk and told them we no longer wanted our reservation and they said no problem and canceled it. I've also missed a couple of ADRs in the last few years and never been charged but I don't know if that's common.
