Can your ADR party size exceed your room reservation party size?

My family of 4 is travelling with my parents and we would like to eat our meals together as a party of 6. We have two rooms and two separate reservations. Can I make an ADR with my reservation number for a party of 6 even though there are only 4 of us in the room? I don't want mom and dad to have to make their own because then we will be seated as a party of 2 and a party of 6.

Our 180-day window opens up in 18 days so I want to make sure I am relatively ready. Dad wants to hit all the parks at open on early EMH days so we are mostly looking at booking late lunches or early dinners. I really want to get LeCellier and Boma.

Yes, because you don't even need a room to make ADRs.

Oh yes. It is just me and DH going and my BFF lives outside Orlando and her and her kids will be meeting us at Ohanas for dinner. We did this in March without problem and are doing it again in Dec.

Oh FYI, not sure if you know but the 180 day window doesn't start until Oct. 27th. Up until then you can only schedule out 90 days out from your vacation.

The PP correctly responded that the ADR party size does not relate to your room's body count.
180 day windows ended some time ago. Right now, 90 days is in effect. However, on 10/27, 180 days is resuming.

I knew that it was currently 90 days and that it was going back to 180 days in October...just didn't know the exact date. Thanks for the heads up...now I have a few more days to prepare.

So, on October 27, I can make my ADR's for the week of April 4, right? I need to be ready...need Boma for dinner on Easter Sunday, LeCellier for lunch and another stop at Boma for breakfast before we leave.

You realize that three months worth of guests are all going to be trying for ADRs on 10/27-not for the same dates as youi, but I think it will be a ZOO!
