DW and I are going to WDW Jan 20-26, according to info it is the time of the year with the lowest crowds. Do you folks think that I will have to make ADR's at the 180 day out time frame? Just wondering? Thanks for the advice!

Definitely not that early. We make ADRs weeks before our trip and are fine. Unless it's something like Victoria and Alberts or CRT, you shouldn't have too big a problem. However, if you know where you want to eat, it never hurts to make them in advance just to be on the safe side.

Maybe not at 180 days, but I'd definately make them.

I called today for my 180 + 10 ADRs, and for Le Cellier I couldn't get the time I wanted, I had to take one 1 hour later.

Wow. I am surpised by that. We are going in about 5 weeks - June 30 to July 8. This is a very busy time. I just called yesterday and switched two of my dinner ADR (swapped dates for Crystal Palace and Alfredo's) and had no trouble getting exactly the time I wanted for either one. I also added Chef de France on July 4th just a couple weeks ago. :) We like to eat around 5:30 to 6:00. Maybe that's earlier than most people go so that's why we haven't had a problem.
