ADR query - newbie

I've got the understanding that when the 180 day mark comes round, I'll able able to book my ADR for the day i arrive plus 4 extra days (5 in total) due to staying in a disney hotel. My query is, when i want to book for my 6th day, can i book at the 179 mark or do I have to wait until the date I want is at the 180 mark again? Thanks

You have to wait until 180 days from that date.

You can book 180 days prior to check in plus length of stay at a WDW resort up to 10 days, so if you are moving offsite at the end of a WDW stay but want ADR's for those offsite stays, yes, you'll have multiple 180 day reservation windows.

There has to be some advantage to booking onsite other that the totally Magical Experience. Once you hit your 180 day book away for your entire trip.
