ADR pre-Fantasmic & Wishes

We are getting ready for our 2/10-19 trip home to SSR. We decided this year to forego the character meals and ADRs and sort of just wing it this year. (probably a big mistake) My parents are coming with us - their first visit to WDW - and my mother would love to eat at Tony's. We would like to go their the day we go to MK but I would like a later dinner resv. Can anyone tell me what time Wishes usually begins. I cannot remember. We want to make sure we are done in plenty of time to get a good seat for that.

Also, on the same subject what time does Fantasmic start at MGM. Same reason. We want to take the parents to 50s Prime Time but want to be done in time to enjoy the show.

I know this may all be for nothing becuase at this late date we may not get the ADRs that we want anyway, but my parents joining us was sort of last minute and I thought we would at least work around these two shows.
