ADR plan opinions/thoughts/suggestions please!

Hello!

I would love some thoughts/comments/suggestions on our Dining!
We are going 9-17 January. It is not our first trip, and will not be our last. We are on the Disney Dining Plan.

Day 1- Land at MCO @ 11:20am
5:25pm Akershus (daughters request for first night, what we did last trip)

Day 2 – MK Day!
7am Chef Mickey (again, Daughters request)

Day 3 – EPCOT day!
5:05pm Whispering Canyon

Day 4 – HS Day!
9:30am 'Ohana

Day 5 – Animal Kingdom
CURRENTLY we have an ADR for 8:20am Tusker House BUT...
we MIGHT change that to the Dining with Animal Expert at Saana (sounds awesome!)
5:15pm Spirit of Aloha

Day 6 – resort/park day
6:00pm Boma

Day 7 – EPCOT again!
4:00pm Teppan Edo

Day 8 – MK again!
11:00am BOG
5:50pm Liberty Tree (a MUST!)
9:00pm-ish Terrace Dessert Party

Day 9 - Leave MCO at 5:30pm, no park tickets so to Disney Springs and most likely Earl of Sandwich

IF we keep Tusker House, we will need to pay 1 TS OOP...what would you chose?

Looks fun! It seems Whispering Canyon would likely be your cheapest OOP option. I believe all the buffets would cost more. It does seem like you are traveling a bit to get to some of those ADRs. I personally like to avoid going to a different resort to eat, unless it is close to the park I am visiting.. Maybe do Ohana breakfast before Epcot or MK day? Whispering Canyon after MK? Just a thought!
