ADR Plan & Group of 8 Ressies

Hi there! I check into AKV on 4/26 and BLT on 4/30 so my AKV ADR window opens on Monday. I'm looking for two things: 1. Recommendations on what to book first once my window opens and then 2. For the group of 8 ressies, can I even do that? Or are two smaller ressies better? TIA!
