ADR overload...or maybe not? Help a first timer!

Hi,

We are a party of 8 and I made a lot of ADRs because I thought it would be nice to have a place to rest and get out of the hustle and bustle for a bit.
This is our first time with my 4 kids, so I am cool with the $$, especially since my mom will be dining with us and has a TiW card. But now I'm thinking it's a lot of food AND we will be spending TOO much time in the restaurants.
Please tell me your thoughts and if you have advice on swapping lunches for something else...

Arrival day: Chef Mickey's Dinner (staying at BLT)
Day 2: Tusker House Lunch, 1900 PF Dinner
Day 3: Mama Melrose F! lunch, Sci Fi Dinner
Day 4: BOG lunch, CRT dinner for girls / CP for boys
Day 5: Coral Reef Lunch, Garden Grill Dinner
Day 6: departure

Day 2: Tusker House Lunch, 1900 PF Dinner. try TH for brunch and get the best of both meals since they change over from breakfast to lunch. Would be like a 10:40 ADR
Day 3: Mama Melrose F! lunch, Sci Fi Dinner
Day 4: BOG lunch, CRT dinner for girls / CP for boys
Day 5: Coral Reef Lunch, Garden Grill Dinner
Day 6: departure

You can also split meals at table service restaurants so you won't have to eat such a big meal. You cannot split plates at the buffets.

Not too much at all. 2 per day, only one day requires a park hop. Sounds like a great plan, enjoy!
