ADR help!

I want to have a go at making an ADR and I have no idea how to do it! When I tried calling the automated voice told me to put in my resort code and I dont know what it is???

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

put your telephone number in instead then presh hash it should let you through

I don't remember being asked for a resort code when I did mine but we are staying offsite so I may have chosen a different option somewhere going through the system. I do remember keying in my phone number (minus the first 0) oh and when they say press the pound key they mean the #. Hope this helps

Yay finally managed it!! It was the pound key that threw me! I kept looking at my phone thinking I must be missing something!
