ADR Help Please!

Hi I have a trip planned with my family this December. Originally it was going to be 6 of us. Myself, my sister, my brother, his wife, and my niece, and nephew. My parents decided just recently that they would like to join us after all. However, I have already made our reservations at the 180 day mark for 6 people and not 8 as I didn't think my parents were joining us. In retrospect I don't know why I didn't just book it for 8 in case they did.
I'm sure you can probably tell where I am going with this. Has anyone ever had this happen? If so, what are my options? Or if anyone has any advice?

I have called and tried to add 2 more to our reservations and I was only able to do it for Ohana for dinner and breakfast. Of course now I can't find anything else close to the times and places we were originally planning to go.

It also does not help that we are staying the week leading up to New Years.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yikes. Worst possible week. The only thing you can try ( other than keep trying for those 8 place ADRs, because cancellations do happen) is to try making separate ADRs for them (2) for roughly the same time. You would need to use a different email account in order to do this.

I did try checking availability for 2 and there isn't anything available.
