I booked all my ADRs last week, and got everywhere I wanted.
My current ADRs are:
Sun: Chefs de France (Arrival Day - PM in Epcot as it's close to our resort) Choice of DS#1
Mon: Cape May Breakfast Buffet w/Goofy (MK day 1)
Tue: LTT Dinner/TBD (MK day 2)
Wed: Tutto Italia (Epcot) - Choice of DS#1
Thu: O'hana Breakfast w/Lilo & Stitch (AK day)
Fri: CM Dinner (DHS) - Choice of DS#2
Sat: Head home early AM if driving / have LeCelliear ADR for Dinner if I can persuade DH to take a chill pill and fly
Anyway, I thought I was all set with my ADRs and actually excited about our choices until I realized that LTT doesn't have a kid's menu for dinner. My youngest DS can't eat the family style dinner that they offer so I need to reschedule.
As an aside he has food/eating issues that make it impossible for him to eat these foods. Really, it's not a won't; it's a can't, he gags on many textures/densities of food because of chewing/swallowing issues. Add to that he's incredibly fussy about what he eats and picking ADRs was a chore.
We are staying at the YC. This is a first trip for the kids so I want to do this right and I don't want to spend all day running from place to place as I want to maximize our time at the parks. At this point we don't have Park Hoppers.
I'm primarily thinking Dinner as we're on the DDP and I want to maximize my TS credits and I think the end of the day is a better time for our family to sit down to eat but I wanted other people's opinions. We are NOT adventurous eaters but thought the menus at these places sounded okay. DH has vetoed Boma or anyplace similar. These are the restaurants I'm thinking about but if anyone has any other suggestions or can knock out one of these restaurants I'd love to know:
Captain's Grille
Whispering Canyon Cafe
O'hana
Tony's Town Square
The Wave
Kona Cafe
LTT Lunch
Also, if you think Ohana would be better would you reschedule the Lilo and Stich breakfast and do Tusker House breakfast instead?
