ADR for people not on my Disney World reservation

I am having a brain fart.

My family of 5 are on one Disney World hotel and park stay reservation
My Sister in law and my niece are on their own Disney World

hotel and park stay reservation
We are going together

I am making ADR's for all of us tomorrow morning.

Do I have to have my SIL and Niece under the 'Plans Managed by Me' in MDE to make an ADR for all 7 of us? ​
