hi there. I know the answer must be somewhere but I just can't find it. For events like the wishes dessert party or any other thing you would need to pay for upfront, how would reserving for a party of 3 (w/ a 2 yr old toddler) work? Would they charge you full price for the toddler and refund you when you get there? TIA!

They shouldn't charge you up front. I Hen you book, make sure your party' sages are accurate.

When we did it, I just made sure to make the res for 3, to make sure I snagged the ones I wanted, and then called afterwards to make sure they had our DD's age correct.

That particular reservation you are correct in that they will charge you the full price up front. You'll want to make sure that your reservation is for 2 adults and 1 infant. You will only be charged for the 2 adults. If you're wanting hard to get prepay ADRs, like the Wishes Dessert Party and CRT I would recommend that you go ahead and set up your Friends and Family in your MDE, so that you don't waste time doing that in the reservation process. Hope that helps!

I booked CRT for our family of 4 (including a 1.5 year old) and was only charged for the adults and 4yo. If you book online it should automatically make the under-3s free, while still reserving them a seat. If not you could call and Rhys should be able to remedy.

When I made my Wishes reservation a few weeks ago I only had to pay for the 3 adults and the child was free. If you are concerned or have any trouble you can also call and they will be able to do it correctly from the start. It was an easy thing to book if you are using MDE with your party already loaded. Good luck!
