ADR for more ppl than on party

We r a party of 5 and a very wanted ADR is showing up available for 6 people. Would it be wrong no for me to book it when only 5 ppl will show up.

Nope. I've read that if you book online with the 6 people, that after you have the confirmation number, you can either modify it online or call and reduce the number.

It should be fine, usually need a 6 top anyway for 5. Better to book more than not enough if it's too late to modify it.
