ADR? for kids

I just scheduled ADR's for our upcoming Decmber trip. We went last year for the free dining and had no ADR's (I was clueless) and ate mostly CS meals. So now I want to be prepared. How do these resturants look (time/food wise) I have a DD9 and DD4 with me and my om.

Dec 12 610 Concourse Steakhouse
Dec 13 750 Le Cellier's
Dec 14 540 Liberty Tree
Dec 15 540 Whispering Canyons
Dec 16 510 Crystal Palace

I was not too sure about the Liberty Tree and may want to add Ohana in there instead of something. We are like steak eaters..lol or good buffet people. Any help would be appreciated. Also are these times good or should I try later/earlier times? Thanks!

These all look good to me. Liberty Tree would be a great addition as we enjoy this restaurant and are like you, steak and buffet type meals. Definitly add O'hanas if time allows. Otherwise all of these choices seam good. Although for us time is valuable and being out of a park at dinnertime is sometimes hard when the kids want to get some of the rides in later in the day. This is a big consideration for us. We either schedule dinner in a park or late dinners outside of the parks. Just something to think about.
