I would. We saw so many people turned away at restaurants on our trip last year, and they were so upset.

Just find restaurants you think you'll like and make ADRs for times you think you'll want to eat, then when you get down there worry about making changes or cancelations to them. Wouldn't you rather have them and not need them than not have them and need them?

When in May? If you are going at a peak time then I would go ahead and make some extra reservations. When we were there T-Day week I wanted to add sci-fi cafe and they had no availability until Sunday, nothing for that week. Almost all the sit-down restaurants were booked solid.

If you're not sure about the restaurants, you can go to Deb's site at All Ears and look over the menus.

The restaurant forum is also a valuable source of information.

I would definitely suggest making the ADRs

Just have fun with the planning. :goodvibes We went on our first trip last year and I was so shocked at all the planning, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. DH and I sat down with menus last year and picked places we thought we'd really like. After we got down there, we were able to change a few at the last minute.
