ADR for 6, 4 on DP, 2 are not....question

We are heading down in just over a week and have several adr's with my sister in law and her fiance....
Our family of 4 is on the DP, they are not.
I know we can ask the CM to split the bill or just pay for the nonDP'ers on one bill....
but we also have the TIW card.
Can we use the TIW card to pay for their meals?
Does their meal have to be included (1 bill) to use it?
Do we just give them the card if the bills are split by the CM, can this be done?

Sorry if this is confusing but we are just trying to find the easiest way to use all of our resourses.

I'm sure they will automatically split the bill, so let them know up front who's on which plan. I'm not terribly familiar with the TIW discount, but if its a restaurant that accepts it, I'm sure they'll take off the discount. I'd guess they'll treat you like they would 2 separate tables. One on the DDP, the other with TIW discount. HOpe that helps. Enjoy your trip!
