We have an ADR for Akershus on Sept 28 but tonight DH said he's really like to try something different; Chefs de France or Biergarten. Are these difficult to get at this late date. Just wondering if it's worth the call :rotfl:, I'm good either way!

You should be able to get Biergarten without any problem, I am eating there 3 times this up coming 2 week trip!!:cool1:

We are going Sept 19-22. I got a ressie at Chefs de France on the 19th but the only time I could get was at 8:40pm  . I have read a lot of great reviews though.

Those are 2 fantastic places! I dont think you will have too much difficulty...I just got Cali Grill for our Oct trip, never thought that would happen

Thanks everyone! I'm going to give them a call and see what happens! :thumbsup2

Yea! Got Chefs de France for 6 pm!! Hope the girls will like it...

Have fun at Chefs! I wanted to try it on our next trip but DH really wanted to go back to Biergarten instead. I love Biergarten too but we'll have to try Chefs one of these times. Let us know what you think of it.

Wow 6pm on the dot! Congrats! You'll have to let us know how it was when you get back :)

I was really surprised! Personally wanted Chefs more and she said she had a few times on that day. I told her around 6 would be great -- open!! I'm looking forward to it; the food pics and reviews look really good.

I'll let you know!:thumbsup2

This is a very good indication to me that January is not going to be a busy time in the parks. :)

She is going in September how does this translate to crowds in January???

I thought that the crowds in January were generally similar to the crowds in January. Why would January have more people than September?

We were at WDW during Spring Break. I called at 8am, got lunch reservations at Biergarten no problem.

We loved it! Great food, entertainment and the highlight of our dining at WDW.

For anyone wanting to book Biergarten, may I advice trying to get an ADR at a time when you can enjoy the entertainment with your meal.
