A few weeks ago I booked all our ADR's for our upcoming August trip. Because we only had the 12 digit reservation number, I had to make all the reservations over the 'phone.

The issue is that one of our party is wheat intolerant and although I mentioned this to the CM I spoke to, I want to check that this information has attached to all of our ADRs.

Is there any way I can do this online or do I need to call back and get someone to check manually?:confused3

Thanks:thumbsup2

I can't see how you would be able to check it online but the good news is that Disney are possibly one of the best organisations for dealing with special dietary requirements.

You only have to take a quick look at the restaurant reviews board to see how proficient they are. While I appreciate that it is probaby useful for the restaurants to know in advance, from what I have read, most restaurants (if not all) are very well set up to deal with things like wheat/gluten intolerance and a quick word with your server when you first arrive and are seated is all that is needed to ensure that your friend's needs are taken care of. In a lot of cases, the chef will come out personally and speak with you. If not, the server will be made aware of what can/can't be done.

I was reading a review the other day where a lady had the Chicken Pot Pie at 50's Prime Tme. Although traditionally served with a pastry lid, in her case they brought it out with a lid made from 2 semolina buns. There have been lots of other incidences like that where Disney chefs have gone out of their way to adapt a normal menu offering for someone with an intolerance.

Obviously, if you would feel better to check, then you will need to call the dining line again and ask them to double check that it has been noted on your reservations.

are they just gluten intolerant or do they actually have celiac?
Either way, i would make sure that it's listed on your reservation.

here's an email address you can contact directly:
WDW.Special.Diets@disney.com

send them an email with your concerns.
They usually respond very quickly.
