ADR confirmations???

Made ADR reservations and got everything we wanted. Tried to go to Disney dining page and dining reservations won't pull up. I know my ADR reservations are good, but wanted to get an actual confirmation (email?). Do I need to call to get an email or is there another way? Thanks.
 
Did you make the ADR's online or by phone? I made some online and got an E-mail confirmation automatically, but when I made them on the phone I only got a confirmation number - but that's all you need... I have never had a problem! :)
 
I made them online first and then called at 7:00am and changed two that way. I did receive the email very quickly after reserving online. Then I got the confirmation number for the two I changed over the phone. However what I was looking for was another sort of email that had all my "final" dining reservations and confirmation numbers. I am 99.9% I am not changing anything. Just wanted a definite email confirmation.
 
I don't think they will send you an e-mail with a complete list of your ADRs - would be nice though. You can request this from guest services when you check into the hotel. You can also go to Disney's website and call up each ADR by confirmation number and print a list that way (this is what I did). You can call up your reservations on-line whether you made them by phone or via the website.

I try to retrieve my reservations online, but everytime I try resort reservation or dining reservation it says that the reservation either doesn't exist or there is an issue with the page ---try back later. This is what worries me, hence the reason for the post.

Although worried from the issue above...I am somewhat sure that everything is fine...I just wanted more assurance.
 
I know how you feel. A usually call Disney Dining a few days after I make my reservations, just to confirm everything. You won't have it in writing but at least you will know verbally. I am not sure why the on-line reservation isn't pulling up anything for you. I haven't used it in a few weeks, it is quite possible it is having more problems. I am sure everything is OK, but you can always call and double check too.

Been there done that . I was freaking out :rotfl2: cause I couldn't see mine. They told me as long as I had my conformation #'s I'm good to go.

Do you have the phone # right? I know for a very long time they had my number wrong. Everytime I called to change it they said it was changed but it never worked. They actually finally changed it this year. Try that. Or call and ask if what number they have for your ressies.

Also if you have any letters in your conf # make sure they are capitalized. If I type mine in lower case it doesn't work. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
 
I second the phone number thing. I couldn't get mine to come up at first because I was putting in my home number...which is the number linked to my resort reservation. When I finally got frustrated enough to try other numbers, I remembered that when making dining ressies they asked for a number that you could be reached while in the parks...or something of that nature. Once I put in my cell number everything appeared. Good Luck!
 
I will try chaning the phone numbers. Thanks for the help. Makes me feel better knowing I am not the only one dealing with the drama.
