ADR Character Brkfst -What Time?

I'm trying to schedule a character breakfast at the Cape May Cafe, and I'm unclear was to what time to make it. Is there a time range that the characters are there? I haven't come across info that tells you the time range to schedule meals for character dining.

I believe the breakfast is served from 7:30-11am. Characters are there the entire time.
