ADR Cancellation/Tranfer ?

Hi,

I hope someone can answer this for me. My family is travelling to the World next week with another family. All of our ADR's are linked to the other family's reservations. Due to my friends job, there is a possiblilty she may need to cancel the trip. If so, would we be able to transfer all our ADR's to my reservation and change it from a party of 8 to party of 4?
