ADR cancellation question

I have happily been placed in charge of EVERYTHING for our party of 13 traveling together in September. I am a little confused about how the cancellation policy works though. I had to give my credit card info to hold the reservation, and I know there is a $10 charge if not cancelled within 1 day. Does that mean $10 per person?

What if 5 of my party decides they don't want to go? Will I get charged a $10 fee if they don't show up with us?

It is a $10 per person charge, if you are a no show. It is my understanding that as long as one person makes it to the reservation there is no fee.

Not sure about what happens if only a portion of the party shows up, but it's supposed to be $10 per person. Maybe someone else has personal experience.

I know that you have 24 hours to modify the reservation. Last year, I called 2 days ahead of time and changed my reservation from 4 to 3 people. There was no problem doing this. It's easier to lower a reservation than increase it.

You can cancel up to midnight the day before. The charge only applies if nobody shows up.
