ADR Cancelation Glitch

So around a week or more ago I was setting up our ADR's for our upcoming trip only for a Kona breakfast reservation to show up twice in the MDE app and online. When I tired to cancel one, then the other, I received the message that these reservations could not be canceled on line and I would need to call. So...I called! The very courteous and attentive cast member I spoke with said that despite what the app said that I had in fact actually canceled both ADR's. She also assisted in placing a new breakfast ADR for us to replace the canceled one(s).

Fast forward to today...

I looked today on the app and on line and both canceled ADR's are still there! Along with the new one!

So my question is, has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to correct it?
 
I did on my most recent trip last month. I would cancel and it would continue to show up. I called once and guest services confirmed that sometimes the app just needed to catch up. After that, I just made sure I kept my cancellation emails and double checked my room statement.
 
I've experienced this too - a cancelled ADR "lingering" in my MDE. Eventually it dropped off, sometimes a day later (maybe longer? can't remember). I'm a digital pack rat, though, so I routinely keep all my cancellation emails anyway and would make a special effort to be sure I didn't delete one while the ADR was still showing!
 

If it's not showing on the computer version of MDE and you've refreshed the app (pulling the screen down - sometimes a couple of times), try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
 
i have two lingering ones in my account that have been confirmed to me twice are actually cancelled, its kind of annoying. i was told the only way to wipe them out was to have IT completely rebuild everything for me and when they guy looked at my account he could see everything i had cancelled and booked and he got really judgey about my history because he had to wade through it so i told him if it didnt impact anything to just leave it. but it bugs me to see them just sitting there.
