So around a week or more ago I was setting up our ADR's for our upcoming trip only for a Kona breakfast reservation to show up twice in the MDE app and online. When I tired to cancel one, then the other, I received the message that these reservations could not be canceled on line and I would need to call. So...I called! The very courteous and attentive cast member I spoke with said that despite what the app said that I had in fact actually canceled both ADR's. She also assisted in placing a new breakfast ADR for us to replace the canceled one(s).
Fast forward to today...
I looked today on the app and on line and both canceled ADR's are still there! Along with the new one!
So my question is, has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to correct it?
