ADR Cancel fee refund contact?

Who should I contact to see about a refund for an ADR fee? Do I just call Disney Dining?
We received a $20 charge on our Disney VISA that I have to imagine was an ADR cancel fee, but we DID end up dining that day. We were late due to delays from an accident that delayed the bus getting to the resort and then us getting to the park, but the hostess said she reinstated our reservation and seated us.

if you have your folio, I think there's an email address on that. I had to email when they charged a cancellation fee for a lightsaber but it was rescheduled in time.
