ADR booking order help!

Hi Everyone! My booking day is coming up soon and wanted to maximize my chances of getting my reservations, does this booking order look good to you? It is for 2 people:

1. California Grille-
25th- Brunch 12pm

2. 'Ohana-
29th- Dinner 6-630

3. Be Our Guest-
27th- Lunch 11-230

4. Tusker House
26th- Breakfast 1030

5. San Angel Inn-
27th- Dinner 6:30

I'm flexible on the times for all of these just put a time to aim for. Thanks in advance for your help Our trip is from November 25th-30th, so I thought booking 'Ohana towards the end of trip would give us better odds.
