I put this under the dining reservation section but didnt get any response. Hopefully someone here can put me at ease...

I have a 7:00pm ADR for Prime Time Cafe, but just checked the park hours and it says the DHS will be closing at 7:00. Should I be worried? Has anyone ever been in this situation? Should I call and change the ressi (if avail) to earlier?

nothing to worry about, when you are done eating just leave the park as you normally would. you will not be alone.

We had the same situation with AK last year. We had dining reservations for Yak and Yeti at 4:45 pm and the park closed that night at 5:00 pm.

I figured out that there is a counter on the exit turnstyles as you leave.... I believe they use that to determine if people are left in the park - specificially for dining purposes.

Don't worry, they don't close the gates up and not let you leave; they will be many people eating at DHS that night.

We ran into this with an ADR for Le Cellier in January. Do not worry, copious amounts of people will still be pouring out of the park when you are finished. Resort buses run at least one hour after the park closes. If you are really nervous still, keep checking on-line or by phone to see if you can get an earlier ressie.

That is a great time for an ADR. You can avoid the hordes at the mass exodus of the park at closing time. Take your time dining and enjoy the limited number of people leaving the park when you are. :)

We actually have a 7:20 reservation when the park closes at 7. I thought that was a bit odd but we will enjoy the relative peace and quiet. Actually, if they did close the doors and lock us in, I could think of worse places to have to sleep.

Wow this is great! I can't wait to get some great pics with an almost empty park. :cool1:

I know that I have been scheduled to 8:45 pm (at the gate) with the Park closing at 7:00.

And last year I was with some friends and we did not get out of Bistro until 11:05 and were escorted (followed) to the gate. A CM stayed a way behind us probably just to be sure that we did not stray, but it took us about 15 minutes for a leisurely walk to the front gate of Epcot and we were told we were the last Guests. It was interesting in that all the music and light were still on, and the Fountain was operating.
