With the online booking, can you book the 90+10? Once I put by reservation # in the system does it recognize that I can book online beyond the 90 day window? Or do you have to book on phone to do the 90+10.

Thanks in advance for the answer which I know from experience will come very shortly.

When I called to make my reservations i thought I could do it at 90 + 10 and they informed me it was only 90 days out and then I could make reservations for up to 10 days of my trip. So, my trip is 9/20, I could make the reservations sometime around 6/22 and and could make them for 9/20 - 9/30so I didn't have to call back every day to make reservations 90 days out. I tried calling around 6/12 and they wouldn't let me make any reservations. I'm not sure if this is normal protocol, but that's when I could make mine.

thanks for information but my question was regarding booking ADR's online? Can you do the 90+10 booking online at exactly the 90 day window and book them all at once or is that only if you call?

Yes, you should be able to book ADRs for up to 10 days at your 90 day window using the on-line reservation system.

Yes - go to http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/restaurants/ and select the restaurant for your ADR, when that option comes up select "retrieve your reservation" and enter your DVC confirmation number, the name on the reservation and the resort - you can then enter the date and approximate time for the ADR you want for dates within 90 +10 days. You can even email your ADRs to yourself and also create an itinerary to retrieve all ADRs under the reservation at a later date.

Enjoy!

I have another online booking question. Has anyone done any online booking while staying at BLT. I noticed that in the pull down menu of resorts, Bay Lake Tower is not listed. Do you need to fill in this field? If it is a required field, do you choose the Contemporary Resort? We'll be able to book ADRs for our March vacation when they open up the reservations on October 27th for the 180 day ADRs, so I wanted to check out everything a head of time. I figure the system is going to be pretty busy that day.

Thanks.

Sorry fijidoc I'm sort of hijacking your thread. It just seemed like my question belonged in your thread vs. making a new thread.

At this time, BLT guests cannot utilize the online dining reservation system with their BLT reservation tied in.

There was another post about BLT not being able to reserve via online dining. Several members had called disney and they are aware of problem. One of the girls told someone it may be weeks before the problem is fixed. Needless to say they are not happy about the situation. You may want to look through other posts which I believe were on planning thread about troubles the ADR and BLT.

I was having trouble with WebmasterDoc's instructions for retrieving the reservation. The text says to put your reservation number followed by your contact phone number. I'm assuming that's with no spaces in between? Regardless, I put in my reservation #, resort, name and it doesn't allow me to select a check in date. The calendar dates don't "highlight up".

Disney IT changed the on-line ADR system about a week ago. You no longer enter your phone number when associating your room reservation.

I'm not having trouble selecting a check-in date. What browser are you using?

Phone number should not be needed to retrieve the reservation at the link I gave - just DVC confirmation number, arrival date and last name the reservation is under. If the page you get asks for a phone number you might want to try clearing cookies from your computer as you might be getting a page cached on your computer.

It's my time in the morning. Thanks to all for the help!

Hey! Webmaster Doc's link worked great for me! :goodvibes Thank you so much!

A thing that I thought was surprising was: how easy it was to get the restaurants I wanted -- in spite of free dining:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2. I have never been successful with Boma before but I was able to make our reservation within 20 minutes of the time I selected.

Again -- ThANK YOU VERY MUCH!
