My 180 day window opens next week and I think I have things pretty much nailed down. Could some of you more 'seasoned' WDW travellers take a look and offer any advice? It will be myself, my 21 year old daughter and my 6 year old daughter. The rest of the fam is opting to stay home. Crazy, I know!! Generally, we only eat 2 meals a day on vacation, so that's all I'm planning for.
Thanks in advance!!

Day 1 EPCOT
I'm stuck here. Trying to decide between Akershus breakfast and Garden Grill dinner. Help?

Day 2 MK
Bfast at POP
Crystal Palace 3:00ish

Day 3 HS
Bfast at POP or AoA
Fantasmic package at Hollywood and Vine.

Day 4 MK
Cinderella's Royal Table whenever I can get it!!
QS for other meal

Day 5...ahem, Universal Studios, ahem!

Day 6 AK
QS Breakfast
Tusker House around 4:00

Day 7 MK
QS Breakfast
Really hoping for BOG dinner!!! But will take any time I can get it.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Good plan. Is your first day your arrival day?

No it isn't. We don't arrive until early evening so I didn't count that day. I didn't count our departure day either because we have to head to the airport at around 9:30am.

Book your BOG dinner ADR first thing.....will likely be the hardest to get....be flexible on what date you want to go since it seems you're @ Mk multiple days

Thanks will do!! I'd take any day at BOG!! I just put it at the end because I thought it would be easier to get the later date.

So now my daughter wants to do CP breakfast instead of CRT breakfast. Should I put the CP above CRT in priority? I've heard that CP breakfasts are hard to get but I might be able to do later in the day at CRT?

We did Akershus and Garden Grill in our trip this year. We LOVED Akershus, appetizers are on a buffet line and the main course you pick off a menu, it is the best of both table service worlds, buffet with servers. We have two picky eaters and I was hoping they could find something as the menu is Norwegian themed and it was no problem. There is a HUGE variety of food there. Garden Grill is a rotating restaurant and my brother who gets motion sick, had to leave the meal early. The food at Garden Grill was good as well, it was an all you can eat, Turkey, Fish and beef with the BEST stuffing I have ever tasted. The desert for the adults is a wonderful cobbler. Given the choice I would choose Akershus HANDS DOWN although since you are doing Cinderella's Royal table then the princesses at Akershus will be redundant and meeting Chip and Dale at Garden Grill was super fun!

For Day 5, at Universal.. the restaurants of City Walk have better food than in the parks and a better variety. If you like REAL Mexican food you have to eat at Antojitos, the chicken mole is five star!

The good news is at the 180 day mark you can schedule the ADRs for your whole vacation so doing BOG on day seven, you are almost assured to get a dinner reservation. Instead of going in date order for my reservations, I went with hardest to get first, easiest last.

I was under impressed with Tusker House, but we went for breakfast, I will do Chef Mickey's instead from now on. But I am sure lunch is better.

Thanks for the tips. We LOVE Mexican food so I'll keep that in mind for sure for Universal.

I was considering Akershus on our Epcot day instead of breakfast at the hotel. I may add that in for breakfast if I can. My daughter is 6 so there can never be too many princesses!

Good to know about the motion of the Garden Grill. I get motion sick too but I usually take Dramamine for the rides anyway so maybe that will help with that?

Thanks again for the tips!!

I don't want to be a Debbie Downer but with FD it may be nearly impossible to get all the ADR's you want. I was only able to get BOG for lunch even though I had 7days to play with & I did my at 6am EST so your pray for some pixie dust:tink:and wishing you all the Best.
All wasn't lost with just a BOG lunch, I did get Fantasmic, Asherkus breakfast(which I love over CRT) Ohana dinner, CP breakfast, Coral Reef, and Bongo's when we go to DTD.

I fully expect that there will be some things we won't get. I have back up choices for sure!
