ADR advice?

We're going to Disney from August 9-15 and I made ADRs quite a while ago, but now I'm rethinking our very last night at Disney. We have DxDP, so we're eating 3 table service meals. I'm not really concerned about getting the "most food" out of the meals; I just want to sample all of the different things Disney has to offer. I based my current ADR choices on places we've eaten at before and enjoyed, but I haven't been to Disney since 2003, and based on the reviews, now I'm not quite sure if I want to try to change the reservations on our last day.

This is the current schedule:

Tuesday: arrive at WL
Artist Point (dinner)

Wednesday:
Akershus Storybook (breakfast)
Rose & Crown (lunch)
Tokyo Dining (dinner)

Thursday:
Whispering Canyon (breakfast)
Sci Fi Dine In (lunch)
Ohana's (dinner)

Friday:
Whispering Canyon (breakfast)
Yak & Yeti (lunch)
Aloha Dinner Show (dinner)

Saturday: (our 6th anniversary!)
1900 Park Fare (breakfast)
Crystal Palace (lunch)
Narcoossee's (dinner)

Sunday:
Chef Mickey's (breakfast)
Coral Reef (lunch)
Nine Dragons (dinner)

So having read some of the reviews on this board, now I'm not sure about eating at Nine Dragons for our last meal. I'd like our last night at Disney to be memorable in a good way, not because it featured the most lackluster food of the night. We'll be at Epcot that day, so I thought it might be nice to eat there, but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't see if I can get an opening at the Yachtsman Steakhouse or the California Grill. They both have really nice reviews, and we could pay OOP for one of our breakfasts to account for the extra TS credit.

Anyone have any opinions/input? Should I try to switch to one of those restaurants, or just stick to what I have? Nine Dragons seems to get really mixed reviews, but we all thought it was delicious back in 2003...
