Hi, I was hoping that someone could help me with deciding between the Adobe Elements software and the Creative Memories Digital Software. Maybe some comparisons and why or why not buy one over the other.

I just got done creating a Photo Book on Disneys Photopass site and it costed me a fortune and was very frustrating to use because there was little controle over layout and backgrounds. I realized after doing it, that I could have spent the money on Digital Software and saved a lot of frustration.

I would really appreciate it. TIA

First let me say that I do not have any experience with adobe elements but I would highly recommend creative memories storybook creator plus software. I have had mine for about 6 months and I absolutely love it! It is very user friendly and the upgraded version with even more great tools is being released September 1st. Good luck with your research and finding what works best for you!

I use Elements and like it; I'm still learning but it does everything and more than I need. I believe they offer a few trial version so you could play with it before you decide.

love elements. :) you can use pretty much any digi kit in it. No idea if that is the case for the cm thing or if you can only use their stuff.

CM Storybook Plus 3.0 offers lots of flexibility. You can use their digi kits or download others. You can select whatever you want for backgrounds, layout, change the colors of embellishments. I personally love the new stamp feature and the text within shapes. :thumbsup2
