The user account name ajblbv is my normal tag here, however I cannot retrieve the password. The email listed on the account is not receiving the password when I do forgot password, but the email never comes. I have checked spam filters, blocked addresses, etc. But I still cannot retrieve it. Can someone please help me with this? Perhaps a manual email with my password could be sent to me for that user account? Please let me know as I prefer to use that account.

Send an email to support@wdwinfo.com requesting your password to be reset, and be sure to include your username. You'll have to send this email from the same email account you registered that username with.
