admin help please

Can an admin delete the following thread:

It was posted by mistake and contains an error which may confuse voting in the weekly photo contest on the photography board.

You just go to the thread and click on the icon for "report this post." When you report it just let them know you need it deleted and why.

The report this post icon is the triangle with the ! in the middle.
