My sister has a family of five and is thinking of renting points but needs two studios since the DVC studios only hold 4 people--is it possible to get two studios that are next to each other? How can you best do this ?

Thanks.

You can request studios that are near each other and they'll do their best to accomodate but there's no guarantee. They don't offer studios with adjoining doors as in many cases the studios are adjoin to one-bedrooms to become two bedrooms.

Only VB has Inn Rooms that connect to each other. (... and these are not truly studios.)

None of the other resorts have Studios (or anything similar) that are connecting.

You can request studios that are nearby however and MS will try to accommodate the request. There are some Studios adjacent, but not connecting.

Good luck! :)

Adjacent means next to each other, connecting has the door in between. I was in an OKW studio last week in building 35, there was also a studio next door (no connecting door to the studio, there was one to a 1 bedroom on the other side). For some reason, our studio did not have a window (3513), just the glass door for the porch. I know BWV has studios next to each other (but not connecting).

Your friend might wind up with two studios on different floors. Mom and Dad would have to split up for the entire vacation. Has she thought about two value resort rooms or the value suites? They hold five.
