Jetblue must have lost their minds..... $600 RT from HPN to MCO for mid-April ??????? Last year I paid $225.

Looks like we are headed back to Delta or AA from LGA.

How much are their fares? I just plugged in some random dates for Delta, they are about the same (non-stops). AirTran has some lower fares from LGA but with connections.

I am fellow HPN frequent user and I cannot believe the prices that Jetblue is charging. I have used Airtran out of White Plains and have been very happy. I would have used them this year but they sold most of their routes to .....you guessed it, Jetblue. So the selection is quite small and they only have one flight that's non-stop.

Check them out though. Might be an option for you.

Good luck.

Jose

Wait a few days and look again, and also check nearby dates.

Fares keep changing.

Mid-April is prime school vacation time...at least in Mass. I have yet to find a good fare for that time frame. Last year, I was just surfing around Delta's site, in about August, when I saw a fare of $200 for vacation week..from Boston to MCO. By the time I got there to buy 2 r/t fares, I could only book Monday to Friday, not Sat to Sat..those fares had doubled.
Keep your eyes open..you may find something better.

JetBlue may also be changing their strategy as their LH codeshare agreement was recently approved.

I applaud any US carrier which is experimenting with strategy and business plan at the moment; standing still just won't ensure success.

Jetblue is my favourite US airline. I just booked two adult one-way tickets $64.00 each from Buffalo to Orlando 28 April 2010 (direct flights).

For $64.00 each we get I checked bag free, and I have already selected our seats (no charge).

We get free snacks, drinks and get to watch direct tv on the seatback tvs.

i love jet blue also but have noticed that their prices are a bit higher then last year. BUT i also noticed that they changed day to day soo i think im going to keep my eye on them for alittle and see if it gets any better. I hope so. i love to "jet" with them!

i also noticed that the week before we leave (March 7th) the airfare is ALOT less. it jumps A TON just with one weeks difference. (March 14th)

We're in the same boat here. I am keep searching and searching for airfare for mid-April. At this point we are ready to book Amtrak for about $680 roundtrip.
