We have just returned from a trip to Old Key West and had some major problems...our car was damaged in the parking lot...does anyone know of a snail-mail address for forwarding complaints to Disney Vacation Club. I can't seem to find an actual address...Thank you..

DVC suggests including the name of the person and department you're trying to reach and also include your membership number in the correspondence.

In a situation like this, I would include a copy of your police report and the name of the manager you spoke with at the resort. You should provide as much contemporary documentation as possible so they will have something to review with the proper staff.
