Address for WDW Merchandise returns

Does anyone know the address to return defective merchandise purchased at WDW?

I don't have the address, but here is the phone # for Merchandise Guest Service: 407-363-6200.

I would call them & tell them about the defective product. When I returned from our May trip, I called them about a $15.00 scrapbook kit I'd purchased & they did not even want me to send it back. They just told me to fax them a copy of my receipt & then they sent me a new one.

If you have a Disney Store near you, you can return WDW merchandise there.

You may not be able to do this. I've read many times on this board that when The Children's Place bought The Disney Store, that you could no longer return WDW merchandise to the store. Sorry.

I'm a manager for TDS. Believe me, I'm not giving out incorrect information here. You are still able to return WDW and Disneyland merchandise at TDS.

The only place we do NOT take returns from any longer is disneyshopping.com.
