address for thanking CMs

does anyone know of a better address than Guest Relations to which to direct a letter acknowledging an outstanding CM? Former CM who works w/me now told me not to waste time w/the guest relations address because they process way too much mail to insure an acknowledgement would get to the right supervisor. We wanted to thank & acknowledge 2 CMs who made our January trip extra special. Have already sent a letter to GM at Polynesian about a concierge staffer, but can't find any info on where to send praise for a monorail staffer. Any ideas?

I have written letters to this address about Wonderful CMs, and have received a phone call after each one, thanking me for my time, and assuring me that the CM will get the appropriate 'atta boy or 'atta girl.

Thanks Debbie! That address is actually for Disney's educational programs, so maybe they were less swamped & better able to direct mail to the appropriate departments! The Guest Relations/Guest Communications address is PO Box 10040. Perhaps I'll try the one you've had good results with.
