Address for mail-in application

Hi!

I'm trying to mail in my application/resume, but I don't know what address I should send it to. I couldn't find anything on the college program website, and since my interview is next week I want to send it in beforehand. Does anyone who has already sent theirs in still have it somewhere? Thanks!
