yeah, let us know. they get so many complaints that most
of them do not get resolved in the manner which we want.

If you want a specific resort, or park, you need to ask since there are different managers for all.

I can see why tnkrbell wants to wait.. there are a few folks on this board that enjoy flaming people when they have a problem with their stay, blaming the guest for everything.... As if Disney can't do any thing wrong.....

Actually Disney is the one you need to contact, as no one here can resolve anything for you.

Be concise, state the facts, include dates, names of people you dealt with, etc.

On the intercot board. It was another poster asking for address because of worms. It is under Accomodations and the OP was LisaluvsDisney. She stayed at Pop and noticed all these little worms in the room. When she came home she found them all in her suitcase! Ick! They were crawling around and also squished in her clothes.

I would, well my husband would, have been at the front desk
with the mananger insisiting the move us to a moderate or
deluxe resort over that.
That is totally gross. Sure they cannot help it sometimes, but
I couldnt even think of sleeping in there after that.
ewwww!!

p.s.s I have ressies for POP in March, now I am thinking twice.
I hope this is an isolated incident???

Go read the thread. It doesn't seem like an isolated incindent from other posters. It does seem like the bottom floor of Pop is the problem. I would have moved immedietly!

I should add that it sounds like the bottom floor of other resorts seem to be a problem too. I would just make sure to ask for a higher floor.

Sorry I havent been back to respond. (been really busy with DD cheer life!!! )

Thanks so much for the addresses!!
The hotel was wonderful it has nothing to do with that so do not worry about that!!

The problem has to do with Central reservations and money!!
All I will say is Be very careful how much money you send them especially if you switch your ressie dates!!
My money has been found(yes they couldnt find it!!) but it took 3 weeks!! (and in the mean time I was charged again on my credit card)

Ugh! That is my nightmare.....

I had cancelled a reservation and just mailed my final payment check. I keep imagining someone not paying attention and applying it to the wrong reservation!!!!

Which your comment made me think...do they automatically charge the cc on file at the final payment date if the ressie has not been paid for or cancelled?
