Additional person to reservation?

Has anyone ever just added a person to a reservation at the last minute? I tried changing the reservations to 7 instead of 6, but I couldn't change them all. I still have 3 out of the 6 not changed. Of course those are the three hardest to get.

You can try making another ADR for 1 or 2, then asking to be seated together. Also try Touring Plans reservation finder.
And last, keep checking, a lot of ADRs get cancelled 24 hours before so as not to incur the $10 pp no show fee.
If it's a pre paid venue (ie CRT, HDDR, etc) your best bet is to add another ADR.

Try searching for 8 rather than 7. Disney system often hiccups at odd numbers.
Bottom line, you may never be able to add someone. You need a Plan B too

The problem is that you will now need a larger table than you needed previously. The best thing to do is keep checking, check as often as you can for availability. What you don't want to do is show up at the restaurant with an extra guest. They won't turn anyone away if they can help it, but if the restaurant has no room they have no room.
