Additional FP from previous trip issue

We had a few issues on a previous trip to Disney, they dealt with it great and when I talked to them they gave us 2 "bonus" FP's for our next trip. We are supposed to go to Guest Relations when we are there and they will add them on to our tickets. It says they are good for anything besides character greeting locations.

So question.... do you think they could be added on to different park days? And by anything I wonder if we could use one for FOP and another for SDD? If so that would be completely amazing!!

It really depends on what you were given and only GR is going to be able to tell you for sure but we were able to use ours for any park we chose on any day during our trip. Ours did exclude FOP, Navi, FEA or any Toy Story land attractions - just a heads up. Now yours could be different of course but its very rare for the bonus FP to be good for the headliners.

Ive had guest relations add one FP+ per day for everyone in my travel party this last january from an issue that arose the previous May. In January it was good for everything escept 7DMT, FOP and Navi River Journey. We only had one extre per day added so if we did not use it it did not roll over to the following day. My advice would be to ask those exact questions when you go to guest relations. Anything else will be anecdotal and may not apply to your situation.

Thanks, just wanted to get an idea of what to maybe expect since we won't know until we are actually there.

I have an email with a number I have to give to guest relations, the email says 2 FP for 4 people on anything except character greetings. There were no other disclaimers in the email. This is from almost 2 years ago now, but I was assured it would be good for 10 years, since this happened at the end of the trip and we were already done with the parks on that trip.

Thats more info than I had when I went. All I knew was to go to guest relations, give them my case number and then I was going to find out what they were going to do for me.
