Additional drivers free - which companies

Can anyone tell me which rental companies offer free drivers. I seem to think Budget offers free spouse. I was under the impression if you were an existing member of Alamo Insiders you still qualified for the free driver. They said they discontinued that policy for ALL Insider members. They said if free additional driver does not appear on your confirmation you don't have it. I just tried using BJ's which always included a free driver. Now, it does not list free additional driver. So, I guess I use other companies.

National Emerald members get the free second driver. Also, if you are a member and book thru Costco, you get the free additional driver with any of the companies they work with.

Budget, Avis, and Enterprise allow for spouse/so to drive. Booking through Costco with Alamo will give you an additional driver.

I booked Alamo using the BJ's code and it includes a free additional driver

DH & I have used Hertz and didn't have to pay for the 2nd drivers a few months ago. Forget if I booked as AAA or AARP.
