Adding transfers from WDW

Can I add transfers from/to WDW hotel online? I can only seem to find add ground transportation but it seems to be from airport or do I continue with this and it give me the option to select a WDW after?

You can add them online then call DCL to give them the specifics. The price is the same, or just call and do it all at once.

I find it easier to call them. The website does not always work the way I think it should! You may have to wait on hold for a little bit, although in my experience the hold time for DCL is not as long as for WDW. Once you get the customer service person on the phone, they are very nice and helpful. Also call them if you want to use gift cards to pay for your cruise; they can add all the gift cards at once, and it's much easier than using the website to do this.

We've always found that, if you don't include the transfers when the original booking is made, we've had to call to add them.

We've booked the cruise first, and then months later decided where we want to stay beforehand, so we had to call to add transfers from WDW and to the airport. The phone reps are wonderful and much easier to deal with than the website, IMHO.
