Adding to an ADR

My parents are joining us on our trip and I'm trying to add 2 to our ADRs. For coral reef, there's a party of 2 ten min prior to my existing reservation. The WDW site won't let me add and the CM on the phone line isn't seeing these times available. Any thoughts?

Book it on line. Show up together, and ask if they can seat you together.
