Adding person to FTP? We leave in 2weeks!

OK, we leave in two weeks on FTP. Booked Myself, DM and DD(9). There's a possibility that daughters friend may come. Is it possible to add a person at this late date and get the same UPH-pay 4 get 7?
-or- would we have to buy a 7night for her...
-or- would we be able to buy a PH or PH+ for her when we get there?

I know some other folks posted about booking FTP and then telling front desk about the extra person (who actually had AP) at check in? Is anyone back who did that?

I'm going to send a note of to my DU agent but just wondered if anyone else had done this?

Here's what we did:

I booked a 7 night FTP for myself, and 2 daughters. My Partner and infant daughter joined us on day 6. No problem as far as room. I asked about the passes when I made the Res. and they said, just add a uhp when she checks in. So when I checked in I asked and they said no can do. only option is 1 day 1 park passes or 4 d hopper passes. Anyway, I asked a few different times to different CM's and got same answer (with no disney smile). I went to guest relations at DTD to buy the 4 day hopper pass and she said (with a big disney smile) try to talk to the manager, i know they do that. so I waited, talked to another frond desk CM and persistently said the only thing I wanted was a 3 day, 2 night UHP. I got it.
